Every single staff member we encountered was helpful and nice, and felt actually human compared to normal “good” customer service. The hardest thing I’ve had to do in my life, and ended up at the location for 5 days, and it really made the situation easier as much as it could. Love love love

The front desk man was extremely friendly and made checking in a breeze! The bed was a king sized and possibly the most comfortable bed I've slept on in years! The room was extremely clean and functional. Very nice experience after a long day of driving.

The checkin clerk was very professional and lived on site- she recognized I was barrier challenged and said if I needed any assistance after 10pm, she was happy to help.

Great location to pivot from in this historic, sometimes busy, city. Nice relaxing room. Basic necessities and conveniences covered.
