We made reservations at the property, and experience a vehicle break down prior to arriving! The breakdown was going to cause our arrival time to be in the early hours of the next morning. We ask the manager if he would consider allowing us to cancel the reservation without changing the prescribed fee? Under our circumstances he agreed, and for that I am writing this review. The manager Did not have to work with us, but he chose to!😀 I have stayed at this property in the past, it is a clean, well kept, and convenient to downtown location. Sir, I Thank you for you consideration and ultimately agreeing to allowing me to cancel the reservation without charge. I will be back to stay with you the next time I am Cheyenne, Wy.

Clean beds , plenty towels snacks and sodas are fair priced as well as laundry facitlies. I booked online and was upgraded to a king . I love the led lights behind the tvs and bed. Charming little Christmas village for the holiday. Staff members exceded my expectations. I will be coming back again to see them. Tabitha. Tj. And Angie. Well done ! New management was also very helpful. Thank you guys!

The room was nice for the price. The bed was extremely comfortable which I did not correct at all. Some of the towels were stained but you could tell they were washed. The pillows were flat but I’m particular with my pillows due to migraines so I just brought mine in from the car.

This is a hidden gem. Great customer service! It's clean, updated, and within a short drive to major attractions. They staff was great! We were there for 8 days and needed towels, ice, had a package delivered from the airline (yup) and they were always happy to help.
